INITIATION
I like to be involved in the early stage concept design phase and schematic design phase.I use this phase to properly understand the architectural intent and strategy, and then based this design the lighting requirements. I am able to prepare a lighting design concept.
CONCEPT DESIGN
This stage is the most important and starts by meeting the architect or client and get a well understanding and brief of the project. This includes the requirements, environment analysis and agree on conceptual shape of the project.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
This stage gives the project a shape , representing the concept in a preliminary lighting design. This design will be refined with the client to match their needs.
TECHNICAL DESIGN
In this stage we focus on the technical calculations, data sheets, lighting specification, set a full lighting layout, the control of lights. Diagrams and specifications will be completed to be delivered to match the agreed conceptual and schematic design, including the final drawings and budget
