HOTEL HILTON - Toledo - Spain

About Project

Built around a restored 16th-century palace, Hilton Buenavista Toledo is a five-star hotel blending history and luxury. Completed in 2007, it features 117 rooms and stunning PCLD-designed lighting.

Hilton Buenavista Hotel, Toledo

The Hilton Buenavista Toledo was built around a restored ancient palace from the sixteenth century, which gave the neighborhood its name.

With its mix of history and modernity, luxury, and tranquility, the Hilton Palace Buenavista is the dream destination for all visitors to Toledo.

It occupies the spot where the Buenavista Palace was built and designed by El Greco. Famous literary and artistic figures, such as Miguel de Cervantes, Tirso de Molina, Baltasar Gracián, and El Greco himself, used to hold social gatherings there.

The Project is a five-star luxury hotel with 117 rooms on the outskirts of Toledo. Inmobiliaria Vistahermosa and Gestión T3 Hotels developed it, and Hilton Hotels operated it.

The building has a total constructed area of 21,200 m2 on a 13,700 m2 plot. It has two-level underground parking with an adequate capacity of about 240 spaces.

The project consists of rehabilitating an old palace from the 16th century and extending it with the construction of a new building.

Out of the 117 rooms, it has 7 junior and senior suites, 1 presidential suite, and 13 are adapted for handicapped people

The lighting in the facade was advised to use a projector with QR111 spot 10 grades between the windows and another rectangular projector for the frieze in the central tower, illuminating the ornaments on the top of the building.

In the landscaping, put some bollards around the garden between the pathways areas and some projectors under the trees that give a little accent to the garden at night.
