The new Tetuan Bath House was inaugurated in July 2011.

Reopens after a comprehensive improvement of its facilities.

The Madrid City Council intends for it to become a reference center thanks to the large number of new public facilities that it brings together, including technology classrooms, a women's care center, an integration office, and an employment center.

Located at 133 Bravo Murillo Street, the property was built on the site of the old Bath House, which was demolished at the beginning of 2010 due to leaks in the structure.

The toilet area will continue to be open to the public on the ground floor at symbolic prices, with separate access from the rest of the building's services.

At the intersection of Bravo Murillo and Juan Pantoja, access to the 400 square meters of the Bath House, with showers for men, women, and people with reduced mobility, has been located.

To make the building as sustainable as possible, the hot water will come from the energy generated by the solar panels on the roof.

From the main entrance of Bravo Murillo, you can access the remaining floors, which include classrooms dedicated to new technologies, workshops, meeting rooms, leisure spaces, a Wi-Fi room, and a business incubator.

The third and fourth floors will be dedicated to women's issues and immigration. The new Municipal Information and Orientation Office for Immigration will be installed here, aiming to work towards job placement

The proposed lighting was technical lighting with a 60x60 LED panel and downlight. I advise some waterproof lighting for the pathways and bathrooms.
